     Hi there! My name is

Colby Ingram.


     I would like to take a brief moment of your time and tell you a little about myself and my company. I have two handsome boys (Brantlee and Easton)). I was born in Fallon, NV. I started my career as a butcher when I was 12 years old, working for my uncle at his meat co. (Lahontan Valley Meats/York Meats). I went on to college and played Junior College baseball and then on to the University of Nevada Reno to further my education ultimately settling right back in Fallon cutting meat. I was an owner of Heck’s Meat Co here in Fallon for a short period of time before deciding to explore new ventures in the meat industry, which has led me to starting this company.

                                  

     I7 Meat and Cattle Co. is located at 1100 Allen Road in Fallon. We cater to a variety of different customers. We offer custom harvesting and processing, Wild Game processing, USDA harvesting and processing, full retail counter and we also supply several local restaurants with the meat they serve. This includes “The Grid”, "Cold Springs Station" and a limited menu to "Woody’s on the Beach". We plan to offer a customized bulk packaging or bundle options that will give the customer a way to have a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly supply of quality meat.

     

     I7 Meat and Cattle Company offers retail meats, sides of beef, bundle options, local raised meat and specialty items. You might be thinking, “What is the difference with this company and any other butcher shop?” Here is the difference. We offer delivery services as well as sales directly from our refrigerated vehicle. We offer locally raised products.
